Job Summary:

This is a field-based position that is responsible for the installation of duct work and other associated HVAC systems, such as conventional ducted and mini-split systems, rooftop units, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.  Our Installers are also responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections associated with HVAC systems as part of an HVAC Installation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize core skills such as using hand tools and power tools to perform HVAC installations and repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize relevant skills like reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical knowledge, and maintaining daily logs to ensure accurate and efficient work.
• Utilize HVAC knowledge for relevant projects and write ups for repair recommendations on jobsites.
• Assist with service-related tasks for commercial HVAC systems, including preventative maintenance and service calls that require troubleshooting.
• Maintain open communication with the General Contractor and Project Manager regarding progression of projects.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed and adhere to safety protocols using PPE equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company work vehicle.

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will have electrical industry knowledge and be able to work with Project Managers in assisting them with a wide variety of administrative project needs, including working directly with the project team for the successful outcome of the project.

This is an office-based position that is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of electricians, setting up projects, preparing submittals for projects, shipping & receiving, and more daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical project set up
• Project change order entering
• Preparing submittals for projects
• Preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and as-built documents for project closeout
• Preparing warranty letters
• Assist with written project proposals

Job Summary:

The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for installations, routine maintenance, and inspections associated with commercial plumbing systems, as well as assisting with regular service-related tasks for commercial HVAC systems.

Job Summary:

The Sheet Metal Fabricator will be responsible for processing orders for the sheet metal fabrication workshop, should be able to learn software to process orders, and be able to manipulate sheet metal to fit specifications given for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders for fabrication shop
• Able to read and fill out sheet metal cut sheets
• Measure, bend, and manipulate sheet metal into ductwork for HVAC systems
• Able to learn programming software to input specifications for sheet metal orders
• Maintain daily logs
• Communicate with shop foreman, project manager(s), general contractors, and other crew members

Job Summary:

The Licensed Electrician will be responsible for performing installations, routine maintenance, and inspections on a variety of electrical systems, while showing competency in troubleshooting and repairs.

This is a field-based position responsible for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including electrical service calls and installation in a commercial/industrial setting. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.

The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:

• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, primary and secondary distribution systems, and more.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial/industrial electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of work performed

This is a position that is responsible for supporting the administration of Project Managers within the Install Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new jobs and work orders.
• Work with Project managers to process monthly billings.
• Issue PO’s for Jobs to field staff and Project Managers
• Process time cards for install staff and input hours.
• Work closely with PM during submittal process, review and send submittals to GC/Customers
• Maintain Submittal Logs and Change Order Logs for each project
• Issue subcontracts with appropriate documentation for each project as applicable
• Request Certificate of Insurance and W9s for projects as applicable
• Create asbuilt drawings in PDF and/or CAD (if applicable to position) by Redline drawings given by Foreman
• Create O&M’s for jobs

Safety Reporting Activities and Documentation:

• Serve as point person for all AG employee injury reporting and tracking.

• Provide accurate reportable information from managers and employees on First Report of Injury (FROI) to AGS’s worker compensation carrier.
• Follow up with injured parties to ensure they are following company procedures and policies before returning to work activities.

Safety Data Management and Reporting:

• Monitor and evaluate the workplace to ensure compliance with governmental regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze safety data, including accident reports, near misses, and hazardous waste management records.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on safety and accident events, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate safety policies, procedures, and updates to employees and subcontractors through meetings, toolbox talks, and other channels.

Safety Event and Training Coordination & Management

• Conduct safety training components for New Employee Orientation (reporting injuries, first aid stations, emergency procedures, etc)
• Develops worker plans and policies for new employee safety orientation including skill training, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, and the use of protective equipment.
• Lead the Safety Committee working with site supervisors and project managers to ensure a best-in-class EMR through a combination of compliance, enforcement and collaboration.
• Coordinate and organize the annual “Safety Day” events for all branches, ensuring its successful execution and participation from all relevant personnel.

Inspections, Compliance and Proactive Safety Initiatives

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to implement safeguards and solutions to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety.
• Evaluate the organization’s procedures, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and coordinate implementation efforts with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Health, or a related field required.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) certification is highly desired.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in construction safety or related field, with knowledge of field safety requirements and equipment required.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be a detail-oriented self-starter; process-driven with the ability to multi-task.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Database utilization.
• HCM platform experience in ADP highly desired.
• Must possess proactive, positive problem-solving and documentation skills
• High level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity
• Must be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team player
• Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites.
• S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
