Electrical Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is a key player in our company’s drive to provide the absolute best HVAC services possible. The position will work out of one of our branch offices (Essex Junction or South Burlington, VT) 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30AM and 4:30PM. This is an on-site position, NOT remote. Depending on need, this may become a full-time year-round position.
The Customer Service Representative must have high level customer service skills and be extremely professional and pleasant. Computer experience with Outlook and MS Office Suite is highly preferred. Must be detail-oriented and focused to take and enter customer information accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and process accordingly (transfer call, take message and email to coworker, etc).
- Create job numbers for service requests and communicate requests to the appropriate dispatcher.
- Email New Customer Enrollment Forms as needed.
- Return customer calls as needed.
