Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will have electrical industry knowledge and be able to work with Project Managers in assisting them with a wide variety of administrative project needs, including working directly with the project team for the successful outcome of the project.
This is an office-based position that is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of electricians, setting up projects, preparing submittals for projects, shipping & receiving, and more daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical project set up
- Project change order entering
- Preparing submittals for projects
- Preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and as-built documents for project closeout
- Preparing warranty letters
- Assist with written project proposals
- Equipment and material ordering
